Okay, I know I usually remain "wordless" on Wednesday but this one cries for explanation.

I just want you people to see what I have to live with: this child who climbs up everything in site, who walks off the end of couches with no thought on how he should land, who prevents me from currently owning coffee tables or end tables or lamps, or dining room chairs that can actually reside by the table. Oh no, if he had these things, he would climb up on the dining table (he has) and swing from the chandelier (he has).

This particular incident happened when I was running errands, thankfully, and I did not have to witness the carnage. But bless my sweet hubby, his first thought was "Karen is gonna want to blog this!" and he grabbed the camera. Forgive the blur... he was trying to keep the blood off the lens!

You need to keep all emergency numbers handy while this one is growing up. My Lord! I'm glad he's okay. Happy WW!

I hope he's ok!! My oldest was like that when she was little but she grew out of the climbing and flying off furniture phase! It will pass.

OMG! If I hadn't read the title, I would not know what it was! I can't believe all that blood! Poor little guy. But what a good hubby to get the camera...I mean, to take care of him! ;)

My kids were in the Guinness Book of World Records as world class nose-bleeders, so I saw a similar view almost daily, until their noses were cauterized.

Hope your little guy is fine

I fear my daughter will look like that someday. She's a climber and has already had 2 black eyes in her short 2 1/2 years and she's a clutz too so she has bruises often too. It's a good thing people realize toddlers get into mischief or people might think we beat her. LOL!

My Wordless Wednesday is up too! :)
