He Really Knows How to Put it Away!

I give the babies "pick-up-food" every day for lunch so that they can learn to eat on their own (trying hard to use other tactics than those I used with Noah, who still often needs me to feed him bites at four-and-a-half).

Ethan had not been eating well because, I assume, he was having his 14th cold this month. Then the other day, I came in to find that he had cleaned his plate of food! Even the things he normally didn't like to eat were gone! He must have finally gotten his appetite back.

I put him down on the floor, cuddling him and telling him what a "GOOD BOY!!" he was. About an hour and a half later, I noticed the dresser drawer near the high chair was open. Odd... How did that get opened? When I went over to close it, I found a good deal of Ethan's pick-up food in there.

The rest fell out of his diaper when I opened it for a diaper change.

Hey, you gotta give that boy credit for being inventive. His mom only hid her food under the sofa! :-)

yeah, you've got to give him props for being inventive. That is too funny!

I don't know how you do it all!
